SPECIAL OFFER FOR LONG HOLIDAY: for stays of more than one week we will prepare, on request, a special personalized rate. Condizioni- The indicated prices are for a week (from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday) and include electricity, gas, water and heating. Final cleaning and rent of bed linnen and towels are not included.
- We confirm the reservations followed by a deposit of 30% of the overall price agreed.
- The flats will be at the guests' disposal at 5 p.m. on the arrival day and must be left at 10 a.m. on the departure day.
